Our 5-star traditional breakfast features gallo pinto (a seasoned mix of rice and beans), scrambled eggs, sweet fried plantain, and cheese, with an optional sausage addition. Nicaraguan staples like the pork-filled nacatamal, and vigorón—a combination of yucca, crispy pork rinds, and cabbage slaw—offer hearty flavours. For a touch of sweetness, pastries like picos (cheese and cinnamon sweet bread), perrerreque (corn cake), tres leches cake, and pasteles with pineapple or chicken fillings are available. Nicaroma also serves classic drinks and specialty beverages such as hibiscus-lime refresco de jamaica and a milk-based cacao drink, alongside an array of espresso-based drinks and flavored lattes made with our very own 100% Nicaraguan Coffee.
